I started this website as a nice way to spend some time learning the computer and 
also with the hopes that maybe I could learn something about not only my husbands 
family (Overholser/Kelly), but also mine (Suetterlin/Swanson). 
 After the death of my Mother in 2007, I relaized how little I actually knew about her
family and even less about my Dad's family.  I have learned that we need to spend 
more time talking and writing down every little bit of information.
 I know some of the information may be incorrect or off by a couple of years; but 
without accurate record keeping from all sides of the families, one really only has 
word of mouth left to rely on.  The dates that I have used are the ones that seem to 
pop up more often in my research.  I have also made note to those facts in each 
persons profile when needed.
